Ingredients
- 1 box of penne pasta
- 10 ounces grape tomatoes
- 8 ounces smoked Gouda cheese
- 24 whole basil leaves
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons adobo sauce from chipotle Peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
- Cook pasta and then drain and rinse in cold water until no longer hot. Set aside.
- Cube Gouda cheese and halve tomatoes
- In a small bowl, mix mayo, milk, vinegar, salt, pepper and adobo sauce
- In large bowl, stir together cooled pasta, halved tomatoes, cubed Gouda and dressing.
- Taste for seasoning and add more salt, pepper or vinegar if necessary.
- Stir in basil and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving!
