Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (or for extra special kale chip, try truffle salt)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
- Preheat an oven to 350 degree
- Line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper
- With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite sized pieces.
- Wash and thorough dry kale with a salad spinner - Make sure they are very dry, so they crisp instead of steam!
- Drizzle kale with olive oil and massage the oil into each piece of kale
- Sprinkle with seasoning salt, garlic powder and pepper
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly browned but not burnt
