Summer Vegetable Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- Pasta
- 3 bell peppers (1 yellow, 1 red and 1 green for color)
- 20 baby carrots or 4 large carrots
- 4 green onions
- 4 celery stalks
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Directions
- Cut all vegetable including bell peppers and put then in a large mixing bowl.
- Cut and add tomatoes, celery and carrots to mixing bowl.
- Add parmesan cheese, Italian dressing, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix.
- Allow to sit in fridge overnight or atlas 4 hours to chill and flavors to develop.
