Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken drumsticks (with bone in and skin)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 6 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish

Directions
- Grate or mince your garlic and ginger.
- In a large bowl whisk all the ingredients together, excluding chicken and parsley.
- Pour marinade over chicken, cover and store overnight.
- After the chicken has marinated and is ready do cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Put chicken and all the marinade in baking dish and bake for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, you should flip the chicken and drizzle some of the marinade from the baking dish onto of the chicken and continue cooking for another 30 minutes!
- Garnish with parsley and serve with a salad, mashed potatoes, rice or potstickers!
