Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb flank steak
- 2 cups lightly packed chopped parsley - flat leaf "italian" parsley
- 6 gloves garlic
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat Grill
- Mix coriander, cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
- Pat flank steak dry and coat with spice mixture
- Place steak directly on hot grill for about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from heat and wrap in tin foil for 15 minutes before thinly slicing.
- Meanwhile, put garlic in food processor and pulse
- Add parsley, white vinegar, olive oil, cayenne pepper, remaining 1.2 teaspoon of salt and peper and pulse until finely chopped sauce
