Buffalo Chicken Wraps



Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken tenders
  • 2 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 carrots, dices
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing
  • 2 cups lettuce mixture
  • 1 cup peperonchini



Directions

  • Marinate chicken tenders in 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce
  • Mix sour cream and packet of ranch dressing in a small bowl
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
  • Place the chicken in skillet and cook until fully cooke
  • Remove chicken and coat with remaining buffalo sauce
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and lay lettuce down on each.
  • Top lettuce with carrots and then chicken pieces
  • Top with dices carrots and celery
  • Put a small amount of sour cream, ranch mix on other side of tortilla
  • Enjoy!
