Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken tenders
- 2 celery stalk, diced
- 2 carrots, dices
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch dressing
- 2 cups lettuce mixture
- 1 cup peperonchini
Directions
- Marinate chicken tenders in 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce
- Mix sour cream and packet of ranch dressing in a small bowl
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- Place the chicken in skillet and cook until fully cooke
- Remove chicken and coat with remaining buffalo sauce
- Lay out the flour tortillas and lay lettuce down on each.
- Top lettuce with carrots and then chicken pieces
- Top with dices carrots and celery
- Put a small amount of sour cream, ranch mix on other side of tortilla
- Enjoy!
