Summer Vegetable Pasta Salad


Ingredients 
  • Pasta
  • 3 bell peppers (1 yellow, 1 red and 1 green for color)
  • 20 baby carrots or 4 large carrots
  • 4 green onions
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian dressing

Directions

  • Cut all vegetable including bell peppers and put then in a large mixing bowl.

  • Cut and add tomatoes, celery and carrots to mixing bowl.
  • Add parmesan cheese, Italian dressing, salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix. 
  • Allow to sit in fridge overnight or atlas 4 hours to chill and flavors to develop.
